We use custom-engineered, reinforced cardboard packaging designed specifically for glass bottles and cans to prevent breakage during transit.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
Yes. Since we sell alcoholic beverages, an adult aged 21 or older (depending on local laws) must be present to sign for the delivery and provide a valid ID.
How long does shipping typically take?
Orders are processed within 24 hours. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while express options are available at checkout.
What is your policy on damaged or incorrect items?
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong brew, please take a photo and contact our support team within 48 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Can I return beer if I change my mind?
Due to health and safety regulations regarding food and beverage products, we cannot accept returns on any consumable items once they have left our warehouse.
How should I store my beer once it arrives?
